  • Yes, we do!

    We require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. Halfway through our contract, we require 30% and the last 35% is due 10 days prior to your event date

  • A discovery call is a complimentary consultation where we discuss where you are in your planning process and how we can best assist you. We will go over our packages and discuss the next steps.

  • We actually don’t offer just “day-of coordination” because, let’s be honest, no one wants a planner showing up on their wedding day saying, “Nice to meet you! Where’s the cake going?” 

    That’s why we call it Wedding Management—because to truly run a smooth wedding, we need to know all the details beforehand and actually get to know you!

    Our package starts two months before the wedding, giving us time to review logistics, coordinate with vendors, and make sure everything is in place so you can relax and enjoy your big day.

  • Yes! Multicultural and fusion weddings are our specialty. We’ve had the privilege of planning South Asian, Jewish, Persian, Middle Eastern, Chinese, and many other cultural celebrations—often blending traditions in a way that feels seamless and meaningful.

    From coordinating multiple ceremonies and traditional rituals to ensuring the right vendors, timelines, and logistics, we make sure every detail is thoughtfully planned.

    Whether it’s a Chinese tea ceremony, a South Asian baraat, a Persian sofreh aghd, or a fusion of different traditions, we’re here to bring your vision to life while honoring the customs that matter most to you!

  • We recommend booking your wedding planner at least 9-12 months in advance, especially if you’re looking for full or partial planning services. This gives us ample time to guide you through vendor selections, design details, and logistics without feeling rushed.

    For wedding management (often called “day-of coordination”), couples typically book 6-9 months before the wedding to ensure a smooth transition into the final planning phase.

    If your wedding is less than 6 months away, don’t worry! We can still jump in and help—reach out as soon as possible to check our availability.


  • Yes! While our packages are designed to cover the key elements of wedding planning and coordination, we understand that every couple has unique needs. That’s why we offer customizable add-ons and can tailor our services to fit your wedding vision.

    During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss what level of support you need, and we can adjust the package accordingly. Whether you need extra planning time, additional coordination for multi-day events, or specific vendor assistance, we’ll create a plan that works for you!

  • Yes! We happily plan destination weddings within a 3-hour drive from Chicago. Whether it’s a charming countryside venue, a lakeside celebration, or a city outside of Illinois, we’re ready to bring your vision to life.

    For locations beyond this range, we assess on a case-by-case basis to ensure we can provide the level of service and coordination needed for a seamless wedding experience.

  • Yes! Every wedding we manage includes a lead planner and at least one coordination assistant, depending on the size and complexity of the event.

    Our team is structured so that lead planners will be there to oversee the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

    For larger weddings, multi-day celebrations, or events with multiple locations, we scale up the team as needed to handle all logistics, vendor coordination, and last-minute details—so you can relax and enjoy every moment!
